Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 1. Cancellation Policy
• 1.1. Cancellation by Client
  
  Before Project Commencement: Clients may cancel their order within 48 hours of signing the project proposal without any penalty. To cancel, clients must contact our customer service team with their order details.
  
  After Project Commencement: If the client wishes to cancel after the project has commenced, they will be liable to pay for any work completed up to the point of cancellation. The payment amount will be determined based on the agreed project milestones and the percentage of work completed.
• 1.2. Cancellation by WEEKENDCAD
  
  We reserve the right to cancel the project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as client’s failure to provide necessary information, non-payment, or violation of the terms and conditions. In such cases, the client will be refunded for any uncompleted work, less any applicable costs incurred by us.
• 2. Refund Policy
• 2.1. Refund Eligibility
  
  Completed Projects: Once a project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. Clients are encouraged to review and approve the work at each milestone to ensure satisfaction.
  
  Partial Refunds: For projects that are cancelled mid-way, partial refunds may be issued based on the proportion of work completed. This will be calculated based on the payment terms agreed upon in the project proposal.
• 2.2. Refund Process
  
  Defective Work: If the delivered work is found to be defective or significantly deviates from the agreed specifications, clients must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if valid, will either correct the work at no additional cost or provide a partial refund.
  
  Refund Requests: To request a refund, clients must contact our customer service team with their project details and reason for the refund. Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days.
• 2.3. Non-Refundable Services
  
  Certain services, such as consultancy fees, rush orders, and any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., software licenses, prototyping costs), are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the project proposal.
