Refund policy
Applies once paid plans launch; beta access is free.
During the beta
WeekendCAD is free while in beta. Nothing is charged, so nothing is refundable. We will announce pricing with notice before any plan starts billing.
Subscriptions
When paid plans launch, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Refund window
A first subscription payment may be refunded in full if requested within 7 days of the charge and the account has had limited use. Renewals are not refundable once the new period has started.
Billing errors
Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full. Write to info@weekendcad.com with the invoice reference.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Design services
Project deposits for studio design work are non-refundable once work has started, since the time is reserved. Anything not yet begun is refunded in full.
