The agreement between you and WeekendCAD for the website and the app.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using app.weekendcad.com you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an employer, you confirm you are authorised to accept on their behalf.
Beta service
WeekendCAD is in beta and provided free of charge. Features may change, break or be withdrawn. Keep your own backups of source CAD files — the app is not a system of record for original design data.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly at info@weekendcad.com if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Ownership
You keep all rights in the models, drawings and data you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display that content back to you and the people you share it with. We keep all rights in the software itself.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content or data you have no right to share, attempt to breach the service, resell access, or reverse engineer the application.
Design services
Studio design work is quoted and contracted separately per project. Scope, timeline, revisions and payment terms are set out in that quotation, which prevails over these terms for the work concerned.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including manufacturing costs arising from errors in a bill of material. Verify all data before releasing it to a fabricator.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
