Shipping & delivery policy
WeekendCAD is delivered digitally; physical shipping applies only to project deliverables.
Digital delivery
Access to app.weekendcad.com is delivered electronically. Your account is active as soon as sign-up is confirmed — usually immediately, and within 24 hours at most.
Project files
Design deliverables — CAD files, drawing packs and bills of material — are delivered as downloads or shared links by email, to the schedule agreed in the project quotation.
Physical items
We do not sell physical goods. If a project involves prototypes or hardware, shipping, courier choice and cost are quoted separately for that project and dispatched from Bengaluru.
Delays
If delivery of a project deliverable slips, we tell you before the due date with a revised schedule.
Non-delivery
Not received something you expected? Write to info@weekendcad.com and we will resend it or resolve it within two working days.
